Recently, a patent invalidation administrative dispute involving an invention patent, where our client was the third party in the first instance, was finally concluded. The Supreme People's Court issued the (2023) Supreme People's Court Intellectual Property and Administrative Affairs Final 900 judgment, dismissing the appeal of the appellant (the first instance plaintiff and patent owner), XianJian Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Earlier, our team successfully declared the entire patent right of the 201480073126.X "Left Atrial Appendage Occluder" invention patent owned by XianJian Company invalid. This case was selected as one of the top ten patent review and invalidation cases of the year by the National Intellectual Property Administration.

XianJian Company was dissatisfied with this result and filed a lawsuit with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court. The court issued the (2022) Beijing 73 Administrative 3353 judgment, dismissing XianJian Company's lawsuit. XianJian Company then initiated this appeal procedure.
