Mr. Pang starts practicing back in 2012 and he has provided consulting services of patent search analysis, patent mining layout, patent intelligence tracking, overseas warning, patent invalidation search, FTO retrieval, guidance of Standards Implementation for domestic and foreign enterprises.
He has presented and involved in soft science subjects and special subjects research for SIPO and local IP offices and finished many of patent information management system projects such as management platform for a Beijing Sci-Tech Park’entreprises，a retrieval analysis system for a state-owned enterprise as well as a provincial IP integrated service platform. He has accumulated extensive experience in patent search analysis and mining layout.
